Tash Spink

Hello I am Professor Tash and I love being a scientist! I have a BSc in Medical Sciences, an MSc in Infectious Diseases and a PhD in Immunology. I was a research scientist for over 10 years in a laboratory during which time I had my 3 boys. I have since had my daughter, and can confirm that is my lot! Life with 4 children is extremely busy and sometimes downright bonkers, but I wouldn't change a thing! Whilst on maternity leave with my third son I discovered the opportunity to become a Mini Professor Class Leader and jumped at the chance to combine my love of science with a lifestyle that would allow me to spend more time with my children....and most importantly inspire future little scientists. Mini Professors I can't wait to meet you!
