A big hello from Professor Sarah to all budding Mini Professors in and around the Huddersfield area.
Booking now open for our Summer Term
Classes during the week (2-4yrs preschoolers) & Saturday mornings (2-8yrs)
Grown-ups, come and join us for the Summer Term at our Lockwood venue and explore science with your kids (age 2-8 yrs) through hands on experiments, stories, video, props and lots of fun and laughter.
A different topic is explored each week. It could be The Brain, Electricity, Flight, Chemical reactions, Maths, Dinosaurs, Fossils, Butterflies, Weird Science, Space......
Mini Professors, come and dress the part. Mini Professors get to wear a lab-coat during the session.
Our classes are not just fun but can help get children ready for school and preschool
- improve listening skills
- introduce turn taking
- increase vocabulary
- improve fine motor skills,
- develop science skills
- increase confidence.
And what's more.......
We run in nurseries and preschools linking to the EYFS.
We are available for school groups (KS1), rainbows, brownies, Cubs etc
One off events
We do science parties for 3-8yr olds

By booking a space in our venue classes you understand that in the event of a local, national or Covid-19 related issues the classes will be moved to online instead as a substitute.
Please note that ALL children need to be supervised in class (other than holiday clubs).
