Professor Lee

Hello, I am really pleased that I can bring this brilliant programme here to the Weymouth & Dorchester area. I have been part of the WoW World Group since 2010 - running very successful Baby Sensory & Mini Professor classes around the Oxford & Reading Area, I also support a fabulous team of ladies that run their own classes across my WoW Thames Valley West Region. But I arrived back in Weymouth and missed teaching, I missed running my own classes. I love engaging children in science and showing science isn't something to be afraid of, it is lots of fun and really is all around us!! I am a mummy of two, wife of one (sounded right, looks weird), and absolutely love life!

Professor Lisa

I am delighted to be part of bringing this fantastic, fun and educational Mini Professors science programme to Weymouth and Dorchester. I have been a hairdresser for many years but am slowly reducing my hours as I am now also following my dream of coaching and mentoring children, young people and parents during challenging times, specialising in special education needs. It was whilst helping Lee ensure that she was offering the best environment possible for the inclusivity of SEN children that I was first introduced to Mini Professors, I was observing an event to give feedback and only intended to stay an hour or so but found that the children’s love and enthusiasm for science got me hooked and I stayed all day. After a chat with Professor Lee and observing a couple more sessions I decided to accept Lee’s offer of training with the WOW group to become a Class Leader and am extremely pleased to have passed the training (which I have to say was the most fun training program EVER !!!) and to now be able to run my own classes. A mum of 2 20+ aged children, now hankering for grandchildren I absolutely love being around these little ones and being able to offer an extremely inclusive environment for all children to enjoy and learn the wonders of science in a fabulous hands on setting. I so look forward to meeting all you budding scientists. p.s you get to wear your own lab coat to !!! (ummm yea, not the parents just the kids sorry)
